About me

I am a Munich-based cinematographer, video artist and electrical engineer with focus on digital image processing.


My artistic work is characterized by an interdisciplinary approach, balancing between art and technology. 
For moving image content, my focus lies on telling stories with camera movements and light.


I received a bachelor's degree in "Theatre Studies" (Ludwig Maximilian University) as well as in "Electrical Engineering & Information Technology" (University of Applied Sciences Munich).


My resumé includes commissions for theatres, such as "Münchner Kammerspiele", "Opéra national de Lorraine", and "Theater Göttingen", as well as works as a cinematographer & chief lighting technician for short movies or commercials among others.


In terms of engineering, I gathered experience in the image processing field working for the Image Science Department at ARRI Cinetechnik Munich. I worked there mainly as a programmer, developing specialized testing data.
